Our complimentary booking service.
We provide 2-3 personalized recommendations for accommodations within your budget that best suit your vision and help provide guidance on the best flights to book. We handle the accommodation bookings for you, apply perks where applicable, and are in touch with all suppliers before your arrival.
Group room blocks can also be arranged as part of Essential Planning

Our custom itinerary service, subject to a planning fee starting at $100 per travel day.
In addition to our essential planning services, Deluxe Planning includes curated itinerary creation and management of trip components including transportation, activities, dining recommendations, and additional experiences to complete your desired trip. This service includes an optional pre-departure call where we review all the details of your itinerary and in-travel emergency communication.

A la Carte Airfare Booking: $50 ticketing fee per person.
Destination Selection: $150 planning fee per additional destination. If you aren’t sure where you want to go, we can compare pricing for flight and hotel options for multiple destinations.
Trip Consulting: $100 per hour. Ideal for self-planners who may already have accommodations booked and would like additional guidance.

Inquiry
The first step towards creating your dream trip is to complete our inquiry form. Once we've received your form, we’ll reach out with next steps.
Approval
Once you are happy with the proposal, we’ll ask you to approve your selections and pricing. Note that pricing and availability is not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed.
Consultation
During this step, you will select the planning service option that best suits your needs. Once the applicable fee is paid, and we have the details we need, we’ll begin creating your proposal.
Booking
We’ll discuss payment details and due dates and then confirm your reservations with the suppliers. Confirmation details and receipts will be provided to you in a convenient link.
Proposal
We’ll combine details from your inquiry with our expertise to create an initial proposal. Proposals are 100% customizable based on your feedback. We can adjust options, dates, and details until the proposal matches your vision.
Bon Voyage
Ahead of your departure, we’ll connect to ensure you have all the details and arrangements you need. Then, we’ll send you off to enjoy your elevated travel experience!

If you are looking for options with shared space and multiple rooms, we will work with our vetted partners to find villas, apartments, and/or hotels that meet your needs.
